DISCLOSURE/PRIVACY POLICY

The Brandon Barbarians RFC is a non-profit, amateur sports club
affiliated with and governed by the rules, regulations and guidelines of Rugby
Manitoba and Rugby Canada. As such, we retain personal contact information on our members and our
sponsors for the purposes of contacting them concerning club activities. Such information is
maintained in our records even though a membership or sponsorship lapses. This
information may be deleted upon the request of the individual or organization to which
said information belongs.

The Brandon Barbarians will not release contact information to any non-affiliated
third
party without the express, written consent of the individual or organization to
which said information belongs.
3.
The Brandon Barbarians does not sell nor provide personal information on
members or sponsors to any other party engaged in advertising or fundraising.
Members and sponsors will not receive junk email as a result of any club
actions.

Unless otherwise indicated, the content and/or other
information presented on the web site is in the public domain, that is to say,
there is no applicable copyright. Should any individual, group or organization
wish to have any images or other content removed from the web site with cause, a request by
e-mail should include your name, phone number and e-mail address so that your
