What is "Youth Rugby?"

Why play "Youth Rugby?"

Youth Rugby, for youngsters 7 to 14, both boys and girls, is an opportunity to learn and play the game. It is a development process that goes from "flag" seven-a-side rugby up to 15-a-side full contact rugby. It's FUN! Rugby at any level requires lots of energy. Players have to think on their feet in a game that doesn't stop for time outs or breaks in play. Player can pick up the ball, pass it, run with it. Rugby is a fast paced, safe, and fun way to improve in any athletic skill.

Youth rugby develops self confidence and camaraderie in an action-filled game that promotes personal achievement and group success. Sportsmanship is embraced and expected by the sport worldwide. And, did we mention, rugby's FUN?
